To take a leading role in conquering cancers in our time.

Wildcat Challenge

A Letter from Coach Bill Snyder and Sunny 102.5 FM

Nearly all of us have been touched by a killer — cancer. Since 1995, SUNNY 102.5 FM and THE WILDCATS have accepted the challenge to help stop cancer in its tracks — with your help!

Join our team!

Our hope is that K-State’s cancer researchers will continue to tackle these diseases, making important contributions leading to new treatments. With YOUR help, the Johnson Cancer Center will be able to assist them in this battle. Your donation will be used to support research in laboratories across the K-State campus and to train the next generation of scientists. From zebrafish genes, umbilical cord stem cells, and obese mice, to nanoparticles, antioxidants, and drug development, K-State basic cancer researchers in the Colleges of Arts & Sciences, Agriculture, Human Ecology, and Veterinary Medicine, are conquering cancers from many different angles.

We and our new partner this year, the K-State Federal Credit Union, urge you to support the important cancer research and training at K-State. Please make a donation to the center.

There is hope for a cure, but millions continue to suffer with these life-threatening illnesses every day. On behalf of all the people who battle bravely against cancer, and the loved ones who support them, we express our gratitude to you.
