The Johnson Cancer Research Center (JCRC) at Kansas State University invites applications and nominations for the position of Director to begin on January 4, 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for the new Director to take the JCRC to the next level and achieve national recognition. K-State is a Carnegie “Very High Research”, “Engaged”, and APLU “Innovation and Economic Prosperity” University serving 25,000 students.

This role is a full-time, twelve-month appointment with expectations for leading the JCRC, forming and/or leading teams of faculty members to obtain program project awards, conducting highly effective fundraising, and continuing an individual extramurally-funded cancer-related research program.
