Research suggests that diets rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains may offer protection against cancer and other diseases. Developed in collaboration with K-State Research and Extension, this publication guides consumers in choosing a variety of fruits and vegetables that help lower cancer risk and promote long-term health.
