Feature story in JCRC's 2019 Conquest magazine

Our team conducts bio-mimic 3-D printing of graphene, nanowire, Hydroxylapatite (HAP), collagen, cellulose, etc., for cancer research. We have developed a novel 3-D printing technique, which combines inkjet printing and freeze casting, to print aerogel structures with controlled alignment of hierarchy microstructures, boundary free, and truly 3-D complex structures. The printed components, such as collagen aerogel, with controlled porousness, will be beneficial for cancer research. With designed shape, these structures demonstrate superior mechanical and electrical properties, thus proving useful for cancer research.
