Designating Memorial Gifts to the Johnson Cancer Research Center

waterfall

Honor a loved one’s memory with a gift to a meaningful cause. Establishing a memorial fund helps us continue vital cancer research while creating a lasting tribute in the name of someone special. These funds not only support meaningful work but also inspire others to give in honor of the same individual, amplifying the impact. If requested, we notify the surviving family of your donation.

Gifts can be made online or mailed by donors, survivors, or funeral directors—please note who the gift honors.

How to Give

Establish a memorial fund

To learn more about setting up a memorial fund, contact Shelley Carver at shelleyc@ksufoundation.org or 833-448-3578.

Give online

To give online, visit our giving page. After entering your gift amount, you'll have an opportunity to dedicate your gift by completing the "In Memory of" box.

Mail a gift or multiple gifts

When mailing a gift, the donation form on our brochure can guide you through the information we need about who’s giving the gift, who it memorializes, and whom we should notify of it.

If you or the funeral director collect several gifts, you may mail them all in one envelope. If you include a note listing the donors and contact information, we will thank them all. Our Memorial Gift Log Sheet—downloadable as a pdf—is an optional tool to help note all the donations.

Whenever possible, please try to mail checks, not cash to:
